CPR - Worldwide standard?

Postby Safety Jen » Wed Nov 11, 2009 10:06 pm

Is there a worldwide standard for CPR? We are thinking on training our staff in CPR in the coming months. Any help would be great! Thanks

The worldwide standard that you are asking about is the ECC (Emergency Cardiovasular Care) guidelines... Their the folks that govern the changes administered by the American Red Cross and AHA. Their the ones that do the studies that evaluate the survival rates throughout the world. As an AHA instructor, this is great for workplace training of staff .. We never know who's going to need help. ;)
