Manual Handling Accident Video! Real or Fake??

I had this video emailed to me. Real or fake?? :? What do you think? Close call for the guy outside is this is real!

im fairly confident its a setup, the camera angle and the way the accident happened looks too staged, its possible its real but unlikely (plus there are the people sat on the sofa who dont flinch and the guy who appears and disappears at the moment of impact)
